Your trainer will motivate and encourage you so you know that you are working safely and effectively for each session. In the initial session your trainer will discuss your goals, health and lifestyle with you to find out exactly what you want. This ensures that the sessions you receive will fit in with your busy schedule and give you the results that you want. Each week your training will be progressed at a safe and effective rate with all equipment provided for, so all you need is some space to workout, comfortable clothing and a water bottle, your trainer will do the rest!

- Pay only £240 and get 16 X 30 minute sessions or 8 X 60 minute sessions.
- Work on a one-to-one basis with your flexifitness trainer who will tailor the workouts around your specific needs.
- Simply contact us for a list of prices if you want to work out with a friend/small group or work on a pay as you go basis.

FAT BUSTER PACKAGE
The fat buster package has been designed for people who are looking to burn major calories and want to reduce their levels of body fat. There are many health risks of having too much body fat including increase risk of obesity, coronary heart disease and high cholesterol. Our fat buster program focuses primarily on the importance of exercise in lowering fat levels but you will also receive a list of top tips to reduce the levels of fat in your diet. The sessions consist of a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises which will leave you looking and feeling healthier with increased levels of energy. You will have the option of a weekly weigh in and body fat analysis so that your trainer can monitor and record your progress and improvement.
How Will it Help Me?
The fat buster package aims to utilise the stored fats in your body for use as fuel when exercising in order to achieve reduced levels of body fat for you. The most effective way to achieve fat loss is to complete a combination of medium intensity aerobic activities exercises alongside resistance exercises as these exercises utilise fat as the predominant source of fuel which will result in a decrease of body fat levels for you. The sessions can include indoor or outdoor training with our trainers providing all of the equipment needed or we can come to you at your place of work if that is more convenient for you. YOGA/PILATES
Are you one of the many people in the UK who suffers from daily aches and pains especially first thing in the morning? If yes, then the yoga/pilates package is perfect for you. This package has been designed to alleviate aches and pains around the body by addressing posture and revolves around regaining balance within the body through a combination of mobilising exercises and stretches to improve flexibility. Modern life often leads to high levels of stress, poor posture, recurring injuries and aches and pains in particular pain of the upper or lower back. Our yoga/pilates package can help to alleviate these symptoms as regular stretching will address the muscle imbalances that often cause the problems in the first place. Your trainer will complete a postural assessment and this will enable them to identify the areas that they need to focus on to improve your flexibility and your quality of life. It is suitable for all ages and all abilities as we will tailor your program specifically around YOUR needs. A combination of Pilates, yoga, stretching and meditation is available depending upon your requirements.

The aim of this package is to give you an opportunity to de-stress, to relax and to improve your quality of life by improving your flexibility and addressing any muscle imbalances or postural issues that you may have.

SPORTS SPECIFIC
If you enjoy taking part in a particular sport/activity either as a hobby or as a profession we can create a plan that will be tailored specifically to elements of fitness that will enhance your performance as well as reduce risk of injury. The program will depend on your chosen activity and could consist of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training (including strength, hypertrophy or endurance), plyometrics, flexibility, core strength and many more.
How Will it Help Me?
The aim of this package is to give you an opportunity to improve your performance at your chosen activity or sport. Your trainer will discuss your sport with you and what your specific goals are, you can be involved in the creation of your training program if you want and the sessions can involve indoor and outdoor training, all equipment will be provided.

NUTRITION
If you want nutrition advice alongside your chosen exercise package then you pay only £320 for both! Our nutrition package is the ideal choice if you are worried about what you eat and would like to make positive changes to your diet. With this package you will learn about how you can eat healthily with your own personalised food plan. This is not a low calorie fad diet or a quick fix as we know from experience that these do not work, our package is designed to result in long-term weight-loss.
